With work and family, we often have very little flexibility in our schedule, which makes us unavailable for group classes. With private training, you’ll get the flexibility to schedule a class in the early morning, lunchtime, or even a late-night session. You’ll get to choose the time of your training that best suits your schedule.

Sometimes with group training, you don’t get enough attention from the instructor or the lessons don’t match your skill set. With a private coach, your level will be assessed and you will be provided with a training program that matches your skills and preferences.
